A hundred years ago, the Kampung Islands sank back into the ocean - but the people living there sure didn't!

A combination of Flotsteel Tech from Everfort Labs and determination from people who really didn't want to move, Kampung Bay was built entirely floating on the ocean, drifting slowly wherever the gentle waves take them.
